I am a 41 year old single mother of an autistic son. I was diagnosed with stage 3 medullary thyroid cancer in January. I have had to move for treatments and only get to see my son on weekends. I am in desperate help to pay my bills. If there is anyone out there who can help it would be greatly appriciated.
